Jochen Peter Breuer, born
in 1956, started in 1975 with banking training and solid experience with the
Commerzbank, where he held various management positions in the bank’s branches
in Cologne, Frankfurt and Paris. He also studied strategy and marketing (EKS
Frankfurt), transactional analysis, NLP and team leadership. In 1984, he
founded JPB Consulting, located in Paris / La Rochette, France. Based on his experience
in working with more than 20.000 international managers and professionals in
merging and changing organizations, Jochen has become a specialist in
transformation-management, particularly in a trans-national environment.
Jean-Antoine de Mandato, a Swiss and Italian national, was born in Paris and raised in several European countries. He successfully completed his studies in Organization and Industrial Psychology at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
Jean-Antoine began his career with Nestlé where he learned the basics of Human Resources Management in Switzerland, London, Milan and Caracas. He then joined Philip Morris International where he was given the opportunity to build a career covering all facets of the Human Resources Function in a broad range of geographies, his last position with PMI was Vice President HR European Union Region.
